A shared foundation — the same serif, the same gold thread, the same calm hand — split into two distinct colour worlds. One for what's rising, one for what's home.
Deep forest green is patient, evergreen, premium. It frames the renders and the construction journey in something that feels mature and quietly expensive — the colour of a project that knows what it will become. Gold stays as the precious thread.
Beige is warm, lived-in, settled. It's the colour of a home that already has families in it — the right backdrop for resident voices and walkthroughs. Softer and lighter than Element, so the two never get confused in the feed.
Both systems share one typographic voice (Cormorant Garamond italic for display, Inter Tight for everything functional) and one gold accent. Only the colour world changes.
This is what lets the two projects live on one profile without looking like two brands — a viewer feels the same studio hand, but instantly knows which project they're looking at. Forest = rising. Beige = home.
Both carry the MahaRERA strip — Element PR1220002502234, Vertex P51600033500.
